Technical Support

JANTEK ELECTRONICS provides technical support by phone, fax, and e-mail to its authorized distributors/dealers Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Pacific Time, excluding holidays. We also maintain an FTP site containing the latest releases of the Jupiter software, bug fixes, and utilities. If you are an end user who purchased the system from a dealer (reseller), please contact your dealer’s representative with any questions. Please note our software license is non-transferable. A non-transferable software license prohibits the licensee from transferring their license rights or sharing the software with others.
